Hi, and welcome to the place where I collect all my work. I’m a journalist who writes about ingredients, techniques, restaurants and chefs, not to mention pieces on recipes I’ve dreamt up. I also write personal essays that connect how we live with how we eat. And I write cookbooks—solo and with chefs. I do a lot of other projects (recipe development, custom food zines, editing) as well. After spending years working in restaurants and other kitchens and as a writer and editor, I am pretty jazzed to get to to tie all of those experiences together in the work I do today.
